What if the item I like is sold out?
If you see something you like and it is sold out just send me a email contact@cathysuedesigns.ca or you can use the chat. I may be able to make another one.
Can I change a bow?
Yes, if you find a wreath you love but prefer a different bow style just send me a message on chat.
Do your wreaths have a hook or wire loop to hang from?
The wreaths are created on a natural grapevine base which provides a place to hang from anywhere on the backside. I do not recomment a hook / wire loop as that will offer only one angle to hang the wreath from. If you would still prefer I add a wire loop to the back, please request this at checkout in the "Note to seller"
How do I care for my new wreath?

Is the greenery or flowers real?
No, we use high quality artificial greenery and artificial florals. They are very realistic and durable.
How do you measure the size of a wreath?
The diameter is measured from leaf tip to leaf tip. I always use the finished wreath size. I create on a smaller grapevine base and measure generally from tip to tip on finished wreath, If you have any further questions about measurements, please don't hesitate to ask.
My door gets lots of sunlight. Do I need a UV protection?
It is recommended that you have me spray your wreath with a UV protectant before your wreath is shipped out to you, but it is also recommended that you purchase your own UV spray to use on your wreath before each new season.
Custom and personalized orders
